Welcome to SWCFTS
The Society was formed purely to run Field Trials for its members, in 1949, and remains the same to this day.
Originally, the Society catered for Retrievers, but a few years later, a Pointer and Setter Section was formed.

The Society was formed purely to run Field Trials for its members, in 1949, and remains the same to this day.
Originally the Society catered for Retrievers, but a few years later a Pointer and Setter Section was formed.
Retrievers:
We run a two day open qualifying stake, two novice stakes, and, whenever possible, an all aged stake as well, so that Retriever members have an opportunity to trial their dogs during the season.
Although we are a long established society, we are forward looking with an enthusiastic committee who are keen to embrace new ideas. Please contact any member of the Committee if you want to know more about the Society.
The Society accepts on-line entries for trials via the Field Trial Management System, as well as continuing to accept postal entries.
We welcome new membership applications, and the forms together with relevant information can be found in the Membership Section.
